epic hill workout in california today. It just went on and on and on, and running down was hard it was so steep. Super fun.
i'm calling the five hours I spent in the ocean cross-training. ;)

not quite back on my feet from last week. today's run in the gully was awful.
first 1.5 all uphill second 1.5 all downhill. had to walk for the first time since last season when i had just started running. :P
